My main goal for starting this blog is to reach more people and help others live a healthier life. By sharing these recipes I hope people will enjoy the meals and realize eating this way is not hard, it is yummy, it does not need to be or feel restrictive, and anyone can do it. I believe there are far too many weight loss, diet plan, and cleanse schemes out there that are too restrictive and create this idea of "bad" food vs. "good" food. I hope I can help others create healthy relationships with food, help them make better food choices, and help change their lifestyle. I have been meal prepping real food for six years now and it is a never ending journey. I did not change my lifestyle overnight, or even in the first year of meal prepping, but for six years I have stayed consistent to eating real, raw, and unprocessed foods more regularly and it has truly become a habit and life changing!
